How to Create the Perfect DIY Highlighter
To create this glowing rose look, I mixed a few products, but the real star is the highlighter, which I created my self by combining two of my favorite products - Kopari and KKW. The KKW Ultralight Beam Loose Powder is amazingly beautiful, but doesn't set without a glitter primer or transparent setter. Literally, I tried it as a powder highlighter on top of my makeup, and it blew away in less than an hour. Making this glow set is what inspired this DIY!
Kopari makes a coconut-based body glow that is so beautiful! It blends in perfectly on my skin, but can appear splotchy when blended on my face under baking powder. To fill in the spots, I mix in my KKW Ultralight Beam Loose Powder in either Iridescent or Rose Gold. Both of these illuminators are great on their own, but together, they create Illuminati gold!
For this look, I mixed my Kopari Body Glow with the Iridescent KKW Ultralight Beam on my cheek bones and nose, and topped my eyes off with the Rose Gold. Also on my eyes, are shades of pink, burgandy, purple and gold from the Morphe Day Slayer Eyeshadow Palette.
