Vegan Post Workout Smoothie with Matcha & CBD

This year, I’m taking a healthier approach to St. Patricks Day than I did during my days in Chicago. Instead of binge drinking green IPAs, 😂 I’m going for green CBD with my vegan matcha smoothie recipe! 🍀 Since it’s the weekend, I’m adding my favorite cannabis edible from Mondo Meds to help my muscles recover from daily strength training. 💪🏻
Below, I’m sharing this delicious matcha recipe for a yummy post-workout smoothie that’s full of vegan protein, fruit, greens, antioxidants and caffeine!

INGREDIENTS (Makes 1 large smoothie)
1/2 frozen banana
2 cups vanallla unseeetened almond milk
1/2 cup frozen peaches and pineapple
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1 tbsp matcha powder for antioxidants and energy
2 tsp Mondo Meds for relaxation, muscle recovery and reducing inflammation
Flax seeds for fiber and omega 3
1 tbs honey for sweetness
1 scoop of Vega vanilla protein
Blend until smooth
